• Choose Your Instrument: The Pod isn’t cut for any one specific instrument, so you are able to customize your gear to best suit your vessel. Tamper proof security screws are used to hold each Seaview Pod together for greater protection of your instruments. This Seaview Pod fits one screen. • Flexible Installation: The 4″ marine-grade anodized aluminum base can be installed on your boat horizontally, vertically, upside down or any other angle you choose—before cutting any holes, we suggest testing the swivel, tilt and rotation of your Pod to ensure your intended installation location will allow your screen to be viewed from your captain’s chair. With a base that can rotate 360° and a face that can tilt 16° side to side and 30° up and down, chances are good that your installation location is a great one. The polished stainless steel quick release handles on the back and base provide full horizontal and vertical adjustability.
• Water-Ready: The white powder-coated anodized aluminum that makes up the base is rust resistant even when scratched. UV-resistant ABS plastic housing and a watertight gasket prevent water from entering the Pod. It’s also designed with GORE-TEX ventilation so that hot air can escape without allowing water inside.
